The first picture (60”x40”) I received was damaged. The paint on the bottom corners were rubbed off due to the way the packing process is done. The company needs to put picture in plastic sleeve or place foam around the corners before inserting styrofoam around corners and placing in shipping box. I was sent a second picture that was delivered the same way. After contacting the customer service dept by email, they resolved my issue.
